There have been many studies that have shown that laughing is an effective ‘medicine’ to deal with sadness.  We all have been sad or in a funk where we put on a TV show or talked to that friend that just made us chuckle or bust out in tears laughing.   Life can be busy and hectic, so always try to make an effort to find laughter wherever it may exist – laughter is the one act that can quickly transform a frown into a smile.
