Most obstacles are in your head; except hurdles, jump them – running through them hurts
It is our own self that usually says ‘oh, I cant do that’, and this limits our potential. We stifle ourselves with doubt and reservation and shy away from taking that risk to challenge and ‘get over’ what we think we can’t do. These are hurdles – and we need to jump that hurdle and keep moving! That hurdle is not going to move itself!
